Cancellations
We accept cancellation requests within 7 days from the date of booking or payment, provided that the service has not yet been fully rendered or submitted to third parties (e.g., visa applications submitted to embassies). To be eligible for a cancellation, you must provide proof of payment and a valid reason for the request.
Refunds
Once we receive your cancellation request and review the status of your application or booking, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or bank account. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any non-refundable fees paid to third parties (such as Embassies, Airlines, or SLBFE) and administrative charges incurred.
Modifications & Rescheduling
If you would like to change your travel dates, job application details, or service package, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed. Please note that modifications may be subject to availability and additional fees.
Non-Refundable Services
Certain services and fees are non-refundable. These include:
- Visa application fees once submitted to the relevant authorities.
- Government bureau levies and taxes (e.g., SLBFE registration fees).
- Non-refundable airline tickets.
- Personalized consultation fees where the service has already been provided.
Service Issues
In the unfortunate event that there is an error or deficiency in the service provided by us, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and arrange for a correction or issue a partial/full refund, depending on the circumstances and our service agreement.
Cancellation Fees
You will be responsible for any cancellation fees imposed by third-party providers (e.g., airlines, foreign principals) unless the cancellation is due to our error. In such cases, we will work with you to minimize these costs where possible.
Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after your cancellation request is approved. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
